The plan today first check MC numbers – 9649 and we are up 38% on traffic. Home page conversions are not the best so we have a new home page design coming this weekend. Couple weeks more we will be launching MC 3.0.

Launching Spiritualbookstudy.com this week, so later today I will be preparing a lesson from the Bible and the Course in Miracles.

Just finished analyzing the Alive Foundation Budget for April and getting a revenue strategy planned. I have an event next Sat in Daytona Beach on technology so I am getting some things ready for that.

It is about 8 AM so it is time to get MOVING – going to the gym to do some abs this morning and if it does not rain going to shoot some hoops till 10:15 when I am then going to my Haganah class till 11:30 where we study ground fighting.

This AM I am at 160 – eat Oatmeal and a Protein shake mixed with Green Vibrance. When I get back I will have a few eggs and then move into lunch… I will fill you in later on that.
