What a great day to be alive! New podcast coming Profiles in Success

Just a few updates today,

We are working hard on the new iPhone application for MorningCoach.com. It has long been a goal of mine to build on a mobile platform and that dream is starting come true. Our events are starting to get filled as we continue to work out the logistics. I did not realize how much of a challenge it is to put something like this together it really makes it hard working with multiple locations. We are moving forward fast though!

I started working with Billy Beck III and I am documenting some of the happenings at BlackBeltGoal.com. I am really excited about my new goal of 5.5% bodyfat and will be posting some of the results here.

Last but not least, I have started a new podcast called MorningCoach.com Profiles in Success and you can find it by clicking here. I have some new portable podcasting equipment coming in and we will be interviewing some amazing individuals. It is going to be another top 10 podcast I can see that now.

Simplify!

I am coming up on my 40th birthday. It is really weird because I feel nowhere close to 40, maybe 30 but not 40. I can tell you one thing I am learning every day is to simplify things. As human beings we continue to complicate our lives by over thinking things and getting involved in too many activities.

It is important to get clarity in our lives of where we want to go and then simplify things so we can get there.

Speaking of which I am planning my next excursion to Colombia! This time I am going to Santa Marta and Cartegena to of the oldest cities in South America. I am looking to spend some time in Tryona Park with no internet or cell phone.

There is something about being on a virgin beach with no people that is just so relaxing!

MorningCoach.com continues to grow and we have some major new plans. I have been working with some amazing coaching clients and helping some people get their coaching businesses started. It really is a joy for me to watch others move forward and succeed in life.

Well, I am off to another wonderful day – I am now over 160 feeling amazing. I am working on a sub 30 minute 5K and working with my Polar HR Monitor. I am going to do a video review of that this week because I think it is a great tool. 

Sun Cleaning Maid Service & House Cleaning keeps on trucking – we have been hit a little by the economy and we are just trying out new techniques to find customers, but “it is what it is”. We are going to keep moving forward!

Well it is coming up on week 2 of the loss of Kaos and I think my mind is finally back! Getting some energy back and focus. I did not realize how tough this was going to be. But I am back. 

We hit 12,000 on MorningCoach.com which is awesome and put some game plans together for what we are moving to I know everyone is going to be fired up. We also have some community updates coming to make the site better.

We are planning Anaheim for July 10, 11 I will be posting all the information on MorningCoach.com events soon.

Going to do a video review of the Polar FT 60 with GPS my new HR monitor that I just love. I will get that up in a few days. 

A ton going on and I am getting back and organized, what a last few weeks! OK, off to the gym to do Arms and then to combat fitness have a great day!
