That was really cool, I have never run a race…. It was so much fun…. BUT I could not get my math right… I was holding back coming around the 3 mile mark and then I saw the finish line… I could have shaved some time off!!! LOL

I am going to shoot for a 20:00 minute 5 K I think I can do that. I am not sure if I would want to run farther then 5K I am not a runner….

After that went to 1.5 hours of combat wrestling – great class today. I think I am going to take some private lessons to get it down. That is a fun class.

Taking it easy the rest of the day, then off to the beach tomorrow.

I am heading to Indiana for 2 weeks next week and taking Kaos back home. He was born in Muncie Indiana so this should be a fun trip. I am speaking Friday at the Indiana Speakers Association if you would like to come by and see me.
