New Goal 6 pack abs – by 40 June 17, 2009!!!!

Doing some more experimenting with the marketing of Sun Cleaning Maid Service & House Cleaning. Going to run some Facebook ads to see how it goes. Summer is coming up so the business is slowing down some.

Been working hard on the MorningCoach.com certification and really getting organized!

Tonight the HEAT play Atlanta – should be a good game if the HEAT win the are up to 3-1 and moving forward…. Love to watch Dwayne Wade play the game.

This week is going to be crazy, working on the 6 Pack abs so I have combat fitness Mon night, Wed, and Thur Night…. With Haganah Tue, Wed, and Sat!
Plus the gym in the AM everyday – wow, I wanted to get in shape now I am all in!!
