Living your dreams and having an amazing lifestyle is not always glamorous. Things happen to all of us, even me, and when it does you have to get through it and then let it go and get back at it. I have not posted in awhile and I wanted to get a video up on getting back at it and what I am doing about. You see, I had an injury that turned into a 4 month excuse. [bquote_left] I had an injury that turned into a 4 month excuse.[/bquote_left]It happens to the best of us. The key is to get right back up, and do it, to it. This applies to physical challenges, but also can be applied to backsliding in anything.
Here are my 4 tips to getting back at it.
1. Buy NEW Stuff! That is right you get to go shopping. Go buy some new gear, join a new website (like MonringCoach.com), enroll in a new class. When you buy new things it creates energy that you are going to go out there and DO IT!
2. Collect some data. Set some new goals. Understand where you are at now and focus on the next step. Get some blood drawn so you can see what is happening inside, or make some new plans on what you are going to track.
3. Get a Coach, Teacher, Mentor or Trainer. Get someone around you to help you and provide some consistency. That is why I have done MorningCoach.com over the last 4 years and almost 1500 episodes, to help you stay on track. Bottom line, get some amazing people in your corner.
4. Have FUN!!!!!
If you are stuck and trying to move forward, try and apply those 4 things. They have helped me stay focused and reach my goals when I have backslid and I know they can help you! We are all in this together. Stay focused and keep moving forward.
Much Love.

I’ve only been friends on your site to four days and my goals have been done I keep charging on and you. Coaching everyday is very helpful with my goals @ work

Hey JB!
Thanks for posting this video! I too, like you, did a backslide recently! Yeah…love my Jack and had a small moment of “IF you can’t beat ‘em….f’g join them!” So, I partied, smoked some cigarettes, and then decided “WTF am I doing? I’m the MASTER MOTIVATOR!!!”
Now, taking a break from my buddy Jack and hard charging the workouts!!! Running, biking, weights…I was working out before, but just maintaining. Now, I’m in it to win it!!
We’re all in this together…motivation, inspiration, and living!!!
Kickass and take names my friend!!

PS: I bet you were playing some Rammstein on your iPhone huh?
Love it!!!! Yes I jam some Rammstein if I really need that push. Music for me is VERY important.
We are all in this together and we need to keep moving forward. Thanks for sharing
Thanks!!!!
