Detox Time!

Time for the cleanse. I am a big fan of detoxing a few times a year. It gives your system a fresh start and keeps you healthy. I have also had a little time off from training and a great way to get back at it is with a good cleanse. It happens to the best of us, we get off the path and that is OK. Just get back on it. The Chinese have a saying, “the best time to plant an Oak tree is 20 years ago or today.”

Luckily my good friend Billy Beck 3 from the BB3 performance center knows just what I need. The next few weeks it is going to be a lot of green meals, water and supplementation. It is critical if you are going to live and outgoing lifestyle that you take care of yourself. It is critical you get the help and advice you need. Don’t just start a detox without advisement.

 

It is the 4th of July and I am heading home to LaPorte, Indiana so it might not be the best time to start, but sometimes you just have to do it.

 

For my cleanse:

 

  • 2 BB3 Detox packs a day
  • 1 Tbs of Glutmine
  • 1 Tbs of Greens 2X’s a day
  • 1 Tbs of BB3 Ultra Omega-3 shot
  • 1 BB3 Digestzyme 3 X’s a day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

 

Water, water, water

 

4 -5 BB3 Fire meals a day. Those will include protein about the size of my hand and large salads.

 

For snacking – organic almonds and nuts

 

Now the hard part is the travel to LaPorte. I will be eating a lot of salads and tons of water. When you travel you just have to do your best to find fresh clean food. Always try to eat local wherever you are. Not only do you get better nutrition, but you also get to try the local flavor. Do the best that you can to find the healthiest food around you. You know what is healthy! :)
