HaganaH Boot Camp started today!

Started Boot Camp this morning with Mike Lee Kanarek at HaganaH headquarters here in South Florida. In my little time with HaganaH I have rededicated my self into getting into the best shape of my life. With the help of Mike and the team at the headquarters that is happening.

It is amazing in my mid 30′s I slowed down – actually lost a ton of weight and started to feel “old”. Changing your mindset then making it happen can truly be life changing. I am now in the best shape of my life and have amazing energy and confidence. I am currently at 165LBs working to 170LBs.

Loving life and working hard!

In other news, we are about a month away from launching MorningCoach 3.0. The whole team is working hard to get it ready and I am so pumped about how this is going to help people change their lives!

The podcast is still number 1 on Itunes and I have been getting into social networking.

I will also be out at BLOG WORLD this year in Vegas, I just found out – so hopefully we can meet up!
